The indoor salt water pool was a refreshing surprise.
My experience at Fairfield Inn was incredibly frustrating. The noise from the hallways was unbearable, with guests constantly in and out of their rooms and ice machines right outside. The overall lack of soundproofing made it impossible to rest, especially after a long day of travel.

Indoor salt water pool, spacious rooms with modern amenities, mobile check-in innovation
Lack of extra towels for larger rooms!!! Noise from air conditioning units detracted from comfort!!! Housekeeping could be more attentive to cleanliness in common areas!!!

Had an awesome time using the hot tub and pool after a long drive, and the tasty breakfast sandwiches were a nice surprise! There was just a bit of a towel shortage for our family size, but it didn’t ruin our fun. Definitely try the fresh fruit at breakfast! 🍉

the room was barely sufficient, I mean who decided four towels woudl be enough for a five person room? and let's not even get started on the uncomfortable pullout sofa bed where my son barely fit. a complimentary gift would have definitely been the least they could do for such a dismal experience. I almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn’t.

Business travelers beware of poor customer service
I had some interactions with staff that were heartfelt,, like when one kind lady sincerely listened to my concerns. But i did feel uneasy about how one particular employee handled a situation regarding my reservation, she clearly didn't have the grasp of it like she should’ve.
It wasn’t cheap,, but overall i could overlook some of the hiccups.

During the stay, the queen suite offered ample space for our family, complete with a fridge and two TVs. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially with gluten-free options, and the staff ensured that everything was well-stocked. However, the thin walls made it difficult to escape hallway noise, and the lack of extra towels for the number of guests was inconvenient.

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family's needs. The hot tub and pool were highlights, letting us unwind after a long day. The breakfast options were great too, especially the delicious prepackaged egg sandwiches and a good variety of fresh fruit.
The pullout sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The Fairfield Inn provided an incredibly clean environment, comfortable beds, and a lovely staff that was very accommodating. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to several shops and amenities, making it ideal for work-related travel. The overall experience was positive, and I will continue to stay at this hotel whenever I am in town for business.
The breakfast offerings could be improved significantly.
